  1. I have been in the “I don’t want to mood” for a minute. Today, I decided to tackle the things I needed to do starting with water with lemon,lime slices and mint. That gave me the energy to tackle the little things that have been nagging me in the house. I cleaned out the silver ware draw throwing away stuff. I cleaned the carpet my choice of exercise. I listened to spiritual uplifting music, singing as I go. I cleaned counters and walls, and sat down to write on my vision board. I prayed aloud and received the energy I needed to complete a task so that I could see where to go from here. Now I see.
    Losing that burden is my challenge towards my weight loss fitness goal for today. Whew!

    1. Awesome! I have been enjoying greater clarity as I’ve been released from sugar addiction. I’m also thinking different thoughts and taking action if possible immediately and seeing great results. Thank you for sharing.
